Operations Management
The Vice President of Operations oversees all installation and service work. This individual is the bridge between our customers, sales engineers, service personnel and subcontractors.
Project Management
Our Project Managers are the customer’s primary point-of-contact, accountable for quality, cost, and schedule of the project. From planning to execution through completion and final reporting, they are fully and solely responsible for the entire scope of work and meeting the customer’s cost and schedule agreements.
In order to ensure realistic goals, our Project Managers utilize Microsoft Project to create schedules, distribute resources and manage budgets in order for them to efficiently and effectively track tasks and report results.
Field Installation Staff
The MSA-SI Field Installation Team consists of full time manufacturer-trained installers with specialized areas of expertise. Each technician is supplied with a fully equipped service vehicle, laptop computer and state of the art communications equipment enabling him or her to provide single source accountability for our clients.
Their responsibilities include on site coordination with subcontractors, system configuration and implementation including on-site training for end users
Field Service Staff
Our Field Service Staff Technicians are primarily devoted to routine field service activities such as preventive and remedial service requests. Some are dedicated to specific accounts with large systems, others respond to emergency calls and/or provide warranty support as well as 24-hour on-call support.
System Design Drafting
Our team of engineers is capable of engineering electronic security systems based on customer, contract requirements, site conditions, manufacturer specifications and building codes.
The MSA-SI engineering team verifies system design concepts and equipment required for complex, multisite systems. They provide technical consultation in new systems development, new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems as well as prepare functional specifications from which systems will be procured and implemented.
Procurement
MSA-SI’s procurement department uses a fully automated business management system that tracks material purchase orders from preparation and processing of a requisition through to receipt and approval of the invoice for payment.
Warehousing
One full time staff person is dedicated to the receipt, identification, inspection, verification, stocking and shipping of our half million-dollar warehouse inventory as well as our vehicle stock inventory and our loaner pool equipment.
